Welcome to the QEG Festival 2026 sign up JotForm! Please choose which competition/s you are wishing to enter.
Once selected you will be sent a separate JotForm to fill in your team details, including names of attending teachers and players. (These will be used for on the day sign in purposes only as well as sending tickets to your school)
Please make sure to fill in all fields accurately as this data will be used for fixtures and formatting for all tournaments on the day.

- Wednesday 12th August - QEG HS CUP Chess.com
- Friday 14th August - QEG HS Cup Tetris
- Saturday 15th August - QEG HS CUP Brawlhalla, EAFC26 & NBA2K26
- Saturday 15th August - QEG HS CUP Farming Simulator
- Sunday 16th August - QEG HS Cup League Of Legends - Only open to 8x teams
- Sunday 16th August - QEG HS Cup Sim Racing (GT7 Trial Mountain)
Registration Cut Off - Friday 31st July 2026 (12PM)

Arrival Time: Please arrive to sign in by 10am on your selected competition day.
We have a limited supply of controllers for any players wishing to use controllers for Rocket League so BYO is preferred. Please make sure all players are advised about this.
Accounts (Rocket League Tournament Only)
Please make sure all players know their sign in details for either EPIC Games or Steam. If players do not know their accounts we do have spare accounts to use.
Media Release Forms
All schools will be sent a media release form to sign with their welcome pack.
School Buses & Parking
There are very limited options to park, please seak these out prior to arrival. There will be no where to park on premises.
No Student Phone Policy
Students will not be allowed the use of their phones during competition play or within the competition zones.
Further rules and guidance will be given on arrival.
