Terms and Conditions
A non-refundable service fee is required for all inquiries. It is due before services are started. You will receive a response within 48 hours of completing this form, not including weekends and holidays. Only Zelle or Apple Pay is accepted and the payment information will be sent to you after confimation of inquiry. The turnaround time can take up to 2 weeks unless a rush fee is paid. After 30 days from the trip informaton is sent, a new service fee is required if nothing was communicated to me about a decision.
To have an easier and smoother process with booking your trip, please plan in advance. At least 4-6 months from departure date if you are able to. This will give you time to make payments and secure your trip with a deposit if it is an option. Prices are subject to change until a payment is made. If insurance is declined, a waiver has to be filled out and charges can apply for any changes or cancellations.
