Who do you think deserves to win the AWU 2025 Campaign of the Year?

The annual AWU Campaign of the Year Award celebrates members and delegates who have fought for, and won, better outcomes on their worksite, such as growing union power, recruiting more members, improving working conditions, a successful EBA campaign, or reclaiming backpay. Whether your site has 20 or 2000 workers, no campaign is too big or small!

You can nominate any individual worker, a work group, or an entire worksite. Please note, only financial members can be nominated for the Award.

Members, delegates, organisers and officials are all welcome to submit a nomination.
