    All are welcome to perform at the Campfire Talent Show. Our NCWSA Sponsors’ R&R is fully self-supporting. Remember that registration pays for expenses and includes 2 nights of accommodations and 4 meals. Please note that ALL Payments are Non-refundable, but transferable to another attendee for this year.

    If you have special dietary needs, please bring the foods you will need for the weekend; a refrigerator and microwave are available. The facility provides vegetarian options but cannot accommodate vegan, gluten-free, or other restricted diets.

    ADA accommodations are limited and will be preassigned. Early ADA registration is strongly encouraged; ADA accommodations will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis based on confirmation of registration date. Cabin 9 and Redwood cabin will be used for the weekend as our reserved ADA accommodations. CPAP accommodations are limited and will be preassigned. CPAP accommodations will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis based on confirmation of registration date. For first-time guests, the rustic cabins are nestled beneath the towering redwood and oak trees, offering a peaceful nature retreat. Each cabin is furnished with bunk beds and equipped with an electric heater. Bathrooms and showers are conveniently located nearby. Each cabin can accommodate 8 to 10 guests.
