    Blayney Show March 7th 2026
  • STALL INFORMATION 

    Stall Size: Each single stall size is 3m wide by 3m depth your entire setup (including tables, signage, displays, etc.) must fit within this space.

    You must take this into consideration when applying for your stall and book the appropriate number of stalls required to accommodate ALL of your stall inside of your space on the day.

  • STALL HOLDER REQUIREMENTS

  • All stall holders are required to provide the following documents to be considered for a stall at the Blayney Show, a Current Public Liability Insurance with cover for $20 million.

    If you intend to serve food at the event, you will be required to complete the Blayney Shire Council's 'Application to Operate a Temporary Food Stall' which must be included as part of your application.

    Food safety information provided by Blayney Council can be found on their website.

    All stallholders must comply with the NSW Department of Primary Industries Food Authority 'Guidelines for Food Businesses at Temporary Events.

    MARKETS SITE COSTS

    SINGLE market stall sites are 3m wide X 3m deep and cost $50, this cost includes TWO ADULT admissions to the Show.

    DOUBLE market stall sites are 6m wide X 3m deep and cost $80, this cost includes TWO ADULT admissions to the Show.

    TRIPLE market stall sites are 9m wide X 3m deep and cost $110, this cost includes TWO ADULT admissions to the Show.

    Powered sites for market stalls are limited.

    TIMES

    Event Hours: 8:30am to 4pm.

    Bump in is from 6am on day of event.

    Bump out out is from 4pm

    No vehicle movements permitted inside the event site until 4:15pm

    APPLICATION PROCEDURE

    In order to be considered for the Blayney Show, potential stall holders must follow the correct application procedure.

    Applications can be submitted online and are open from 1st November 2025 to 3rd January 2026.

    Unfortunately we cannot accept applications after 3rd January 2026

    Applications are open for 9 weeks after which they will be assessed and stallholders will be notified if they have been successful by 10th January 2026.

    Incomplete applications will not be considered.

    Please note: Applications are not assessed on a first come, first served basis, nor is previous participation a guarantee acceptance.

    PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR A MARKET STALL AT BLAYNEY SHOW

    Only online applications and applications that have been completely filled out will be considered.

    You must hold a valid public liability certificate of a currency of 20 million when applying and produce upon request an updated certificate, if your insurance has renewed between applying and show date.

    If you intend selling any type of food or drink at the Blayney Show you must comply with all NSW Food Authority Guidelines for operating a temporary food outlet.

    STALLHOLDER ACCEPTANCE

    Acceptance as a stallholder at the Blayney Show is at the sole discretion of the Blayney Show Committee.

    Previous participation does not guarantee acceptance into future events.

    By accepting an invitation to participate, stallholders acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined.

    Payment of stall fees must be made within 14 days of receiving your invoice.

    If payment is not received within this timeframe, your site WILL be reallocated to another applicant.

    WASTE MANAGEMENT

    All stallholders participating in the Blayney Show are encouraged to use environmentally friendly products and packaging wherever possible.

    At the conclusion of bump-out, stallholders are required to ensure their site is left clean, tidy, and free of rubbish. All waste must be disposed of in the bins provided or taken with you upon departure.

    FOOD SAFETY

    If you intend to serve food at the event, you will be required to complete the Blayney Shire Council's 'Application to Operate a Temporary Food Stall' which must be included as part of your application.

    Blayney Shire Council provide Food Safety information on their website.

    All stallholders must comply with the NSW Department of Primary Industries Food Authority 'Guidelines for Food Businesses at Temporary Events.

    POWER SITES

    Power is limited, so please indicate your requirement for power on your application form and specify its intended use.

    This information will help us allocate you to the most suitable powered site.

    As powered sites are limited they will be allocated at the discretion of the Blayney Show Committee.

    Stallholders requiring power must use only tested and tagged power leads.

    Any stallholder found using unsafe or non-compliant cords or appliances will have their access to power withdrawn immediately without notice.

    Extension leads must not create a trip hazard. Any excess cord must be safely coiled and contained within your stall area, away from public access.

    GAZEBO WEIGHTS

    It is a requirement that all gazebos have weights attached at all times. Tent pegs are only permitted to be used on grassed areas.

    If using a gazebo on the cement weights are to be used.

    SMOKING

    The Blayney Show and The Blayney Showgrounds are smoke free zones under NSW law and Cancer Council recommendations.

    CANCELLATIONS POLICY & WARRANTIES

    If accepted and upon payment of fees, stallholders agree that, should they cancel at any time thereafter, they forfeit any site fees paid.

    The stallholder acknowledges that the Blayney Show Committee makes no guarantees or representations regarding the Event, including expected attendance numbers, overall success, or potential profitability.

    Participation in the Event is entirely at the stallholder’s own risk.

    The stallholder accepts that the Blayney Show Committee bears no responsibility or liability for any outcomes related to their participation.

    Any liability of the Blayney Show Committee is strictly limited to the amount paid by the stallholder for site rental or associated fees.

    Under no circumstances will the Blayney Show Committee be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including lost profits or missed business opportunities, arising from or connected to the Event.
