Pick Up/Delivery

For local pickups, the closest pick-up location address is Minnesota Avenue Metro Station (Orange Line). Confirmed address is given 24 hours within pick-up time. If your delivery address is more than 10 miles from our base location and you opt for delivery, a separate invoice will be sent to cover the additional mileage.

For deliveries outside of our 10 mi. radius of North East, DC, a travel fee will be added to your invoice based on delivery address.

Terms & Conditions – Cancellations and Refunds

Due to our florals being fresh and unrooted, we cannot hold florals longer than 12 hours if you wish to reschedule your delivery time. All sales are considered final four (4) days before the delivery date. Orders may be canceled prior to this period, and eligible refunds will be issued minus a 3% processing fee and any specific supplies needed for special orders.

To request a cancellation, a refund, or to reschedule your delivery date, please text us at ‪(202) 670-0807 for the quickest response.

Be sure to include your full name and/or order number in your message to expedite processing. Approved refunds will be returned to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.
