You struggle to be okay and keep all the balls in the air
My reading of your quiz is that you have experienced quite a high level of trauma. You might experience things like anger easily, you might slip out / disocciate easily, you probably forget to eat and drink properly or enough, and need to learn to connect with yourself and others again. Many people at this level of experiencing have had some kind of addiction issues, health issues, body issues too. You’re struggling to keep it together…
The good news is that you will start to feel calmer and more steady as soon as you start to implement some capacity building - this is learning the skills to hold Hard Things, and subsequently, letting them go!
The beautiful news is that those around you will feel better too, including pets! The later steps in recovery feel a lot easier once you’ve learned a bit more about what the heck is going on, and built some capacity to hold hard things - skills of step one. The two things are your mission, should you choose to accept it!
To help, an email has been sent to you with some educational information and a helpful tool to get you started on your journey. I hope it helps! They should do, because these are the exact things that have helped me and SO many of my clients!
Now, screenshot or turn this into a PDF and keep learning, keep healing!
