By Request Dj Seedy Entertainment LLC Service hereby agrees to provide DJ Service for the Purchaser at the above- mentioned location.

The Purchaser in consideration of the Dj Service to be rendered, and the mutual promises contained herein, hereby agrees to pay Dj Seedy Entertainment LLC Service the following:
A non-refundable reservation fee of $250 is required to secure the services of Dj Service for the engagement. Fee.
The Performance Fee is $1,250 for the agreed time frame outlined above. If the event gets closed down early the purchaser still has to pay the full performance fee. Even if no money was made at the door purchaser still has to pay the performance fee.
Must Cancel Event by signing a cancellation contract within 14 days or 50% of the performance Fee is still due to Dj Seedy without services provided.
