We are excited that you are joining us in the upcoming Chat with Dr. Ketra LIVE event on Saturday, October 18, 2025. The event will be located at the Tony Showell Life Center, 2750 Graham Street, Grand Prairie, TX 75050
All vendors (photographers, participants, disc jockeys, videographers, etc.) are required to sign this agreement before coming on-site. As Life After Advocacy Group, Inc., is contracted as the host for such an event, we reserve the right to conform all event timetables, schedules, processes, and functions to our requirements. If you have questions or concerns about any of our policies, please feel free to contact us directly at info@lifeafterag.org. We reserve the right to refuse your admittance if procedures are not followed.
I/we understand that my/our ability to provide third-party services at the Tony Shotwell Recreation Center in Grand Prairie, Texas, is governed and limited by the following terms and conditions:
1. SET UP/TAKE DOWN - All items brought in by outside vendors must be set up within the agreed time. Set up can begin at 8:30 am, and the event ends at 2:00 pm. You need to remove all items you bring within one hour of the end of the event. This includes products, tables, garbage, and other materials you bring to the venue.
2. EQUIPMENT AND TABLES - For safety, security, and liability, tripods, bags, boxes, extension cords, tables, and all other equipment may not be placed in pathways, accessways, doorways, etc. Cords may not create trip hazards.
3. PHOTOGRAPHY: This event will use live, video, and still photography to promote the event. Life After Advocacy Group, Inc., has the right to use all photos and videos taken at the Walk a Mile in Her Shoes event by our photographer and videographer for promotional purposes.
4. INDEMNIFICATION - Your participation in this event is at your own risk. Life After Advocacy Group, Inc., is not liable for lost or stolen items, personal injury, or damages to your personal property while at the Lancaster Recreation Center.
5. DAMAGES - We reserve the right to charge for damages you may cause to the facility.
6. DECORATIONS - No confetti, foils, silly string, or similar items are allowed within the venue. Biodegradable items may be used. Any items hung can be hung on the wall or ceiling – no fish line is to be used – and promptly removed after the event. No candles allowed.
I have read, understood, and agree to this agreement and its associated policies. I understand and agree that I will be responsible and liable to the Lancaster Recreation Center for any damages I may cause to the facility.
Your signature will confirm that you agree with all vendor requirements and expectations. We look forward to your joining us at this momentous event.
