The Prairie Grove High School Cheerleaders will be hosting their annual cheer clinic July 23rd - July 25th in two sessions. Session #1 (8:30-10:15) - Pre K, Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd. Session #2 (10:45-12:30) - 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th.

I grant my child(ren) permission to participate in all activities of the Prairie Grove School's Annual Cheerleading Kiddie Camp and do hereby release Prairie Grove Schools, staff and volunteers from any and all liability by the reason of any accident of injury suffered by my child(ren) while attending said clinic. In the event that I cannot be reached in an emergency, I hereby give my permission for the clinic staff to secure medical assistance to my child(ren).
