  • This form can provide you an automated QED Express quote by selecting "send me a quote/estimate first’" If you have PO you can place an order directly by attaching the PO and selecting "Place order"

    Before returning your instrument, if it has stored data, please make sure it is completely downloaded as all user data is deleted during the service process.

    Ensure the instrument is packed in a cardboard box (even if the instrument is in a hard case) to avoid premium shipping charges and assist with avoiding damage in transit.

    1. Collection requirement - If you require QED to arrange the collection, you must first request a shipping/collection quote from the UK Customer Service Team at service@qedenv.co.uk. This is required before requesting a service quote, as the collection cost must be included on your Purchase Order when the order is placed.

    **If you are arranging shipment with your own carrier, you may proceed directly to Step 2**

    2. Submit the Service Return Form - Complete the JOTFORM below and click Submit to initiate the Return Authorisation process.

    3. Arrange a Collection - Complete the Arrange a Shipping/Collection form: https://www.qedenv.com/services-support/arrange-shippingcollection/

    4. Return Authorisation Label  

    Once submitted, your Return Authorisation (RA) label will be emailed to you by the UK Customer Service team. Please affix this label to the outer packaging.

    **Note: This is not a shipping or collection label, this label is for identification purposes only**

    5. Shipping Label 

    You will receive a shipping label directly from our freight carrier via email.
    Please follow the instructions provided once received.

    6. Send Instrument for Service

    Send the instrument using the provided label or await collection by our freight carrier.

    Please be advised that this information and the process above is not automated; it requires communication by the UK Customer Service Team to contact our freight carriers to arrange your shipment, so please give us time to make these arrangements for you.

      *Each additional temperature probe will require a separate RA

       

      Note: QED will contact you with an RA number and shipping instructions within 24 hours of your submittal.

       

      IMPORTANT: Remember to save/download all readings and ID’s prior to sending in your instrument. Please specify if you would like us to save and email them to you. All instruments will have the memory wiped prior to shipment. * Send USB Cable, Battery Charger or Temperature Probe if needed for repair or additional inspection.
