    VENDOR REGISTRATION

  • Mark your calendars for July 19, 2025, at Memorial Park in Caldwell, where community spirit meets purpose.

    Presented by Community Care, our trusted non-profit, this event—from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.—is dedicated to breaking the stigma around drug addiction through education and meaningful conversations. We aim to connect individuals with the support and resources they need to be successful while bringing the community together in a family-friendly, sober, and fun environment.

    All vendors are welcome! Whether you provide resources, sell products, showcase your business, or operate a food truck, we want you to be part of something truly needed in our community. The vendor fee is just $50, offering an opportunity to engage with attendees and make a difference.

    Join us as we build bridges through awareness, inspire change, and connect people to valuable resources on our journey toward a brighter future.

  • Important Event Information:

    Event begins at 9:00 AM on Saturday, July 19th, 2025, and ends at 4pm on Saturday, July 19th, 2025. Booth setup begins at 7:30 am on Saturday, July 19th, 2025. Booths must be completed no later than 8:45am Saturday morning. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths as well as with making sure their area is cleaned up. Each vendor is responsible for their own trash. Each vendor must makes sure their canopys are weighted down. Food vendors must bring their own portable trash cans. A map of the park layout will be provided for you with your spot location a few days before the event. All vendors must pay with application and make sure to complete any additional steps given by event promoters.     *Refunds: We understand that things and life happens, we are more the happy to give a refund but we are charged by square cash for every transaction, so refunds reflect the amount we actually recieve, which is about $5 less. After July 9th, 2025 we will not be issuing anymore refunds. Sorry for an inconvince this may cause. *
