Please select the position you are applying for. Reminder for the climber, crew lead and sales positions a minimum of 5 years of documented experience in the arborist industry is required:*

Groundman – No prior work experience is required. Training will be provided for motivated and qualified candidates.Climber – Candidates will be expected to demonstrate climbing proficiency and relevant knowledge during the assessment process.Crew Lead – A minimum of 5 years of verified experience is required. Candidates must demonstrate crew leadership capabilities and industry knowledge during the assessment. Strong character and professional communication skills are essential.Stump Grinder – A valid drivers license is required. Prior work experience is not required but is preferred. Training will be provided for qualified candidates.Sales – Requires a high level of knowledge and skill in the arboriculture industry, including tree and shrub identification, diagnosis of biotic and abiotic disorders, and general understanding of Plant Health Care (PHC) timing and application methods. Candidates must demonstrate ethical conduct, strong character, professional communication skills, and proficiency with electronic tools and platforms.Plant Healthcare Technician - No prior work experience is required. Training will be provided for motivated and qualified candidates.
