The Park Extended Payment Plan is part of Eternity's commitment to make biblical education accessible. We know it can be difficult to pay all your tuition up front or even in the regular four payment plans, so we are providing this as a means of helping you accelerate your education. We are not charging any monthly fees or interest for this extended payment plan. There is a one-time $20 set-up fee that you pay when you submit this agreement, but other than that your payments go directly to the principal.

There's a few important points that you need to keep in mind. Please read these carefully.

By signing below, I agree to:

1. Make all forty-eight (48) payments for this extended payment plan;
2. Set up recurring payments in my Populi account so my payments are automatically deducted each month. More info on making payments in Populi is available here (see "Recurring payments and payment plans" section);
3. Update my payment information if it should change so that my payments are not interrupted.

To be upfront, we are acting in good faith with you as our brothers and sisters in Christ, trusting that you will repay any debts that you owe to us. By signing this you state the following:

I understand that staying current with my payment plan is important to remain in good standing with the College. If I fall behind on payments, I may be restricted from registering for future semesters until my account is brought up to date. I acknowledge that I am responsible for any outstanding balance and associated administrative fees incurred due to non-payment.

I understand that by signing I affirm everything that is written above and that I am now responsible for setting up my recurring payment in Populi.

• If you are struggling and unable to make payment, communicate with the business office as soon as possible so we can discuss options with you.
• You may apply for a PEPP plan each semester and put up to half of your tuition on the plan. Please note below which year/semester you are signing up for and how much tuition you would like on your plan.
