I agree that the Drowning Prevention Institute (hereinafter referred to as ZVU) may use and publish photographs and video recordings taken during the aforementioned training by ZVU instructors. I consent to ZVU using photographs and video recordings featuring me for publication on the ZVU website, in lectures organized by ZVU, and on social media platforms used by ZVU for promotional purposes. I also agree to use photographs and video recordings received from ZVU solely for personal purposes. I understand that the photographs and video recordings provided by ZVU are copyrighted, and any other use of them requires the permission of the author.

I agree with the COURSE OUTLINE, REQUIRED PERSONAL EQUIPMENT, TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND SAFETY PLAN (PROTOCOL) FOR THE TRAINING OF CANDIDATES FOR RESCUERS ON WHITEWATERS ACCORDING TO PROGRAM C (ZVU-WRTC) and OTHER AGREED UPON WHITEWATER RESCUE TRAININGS (ZVU-WRT) WHICH DROWNING PREVENTION INSTITUTE (ZVU) IS ORGANISING FOR DIFFERENT COSTUMERS OR PUBLIC.
