2026 Oregon AAPI Fest Volunteer Form

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Oregon's premier Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) Food and Wine Fest at Stillwater (455 NE Irvine St, McMinnville, OR 97128).

Volunteers must be 21+. Photo ID must be available during the event.

As a thank you for ~6 hours of volunteering, you will receive a complimentary, same day ticket for a 2hr tasting window (May 2nd or 3rd), an AAPI Food & Wine T-shirt & an AAPI Food & Wine commemorative wine glass.

Volunteer roles will be assigned according to Fest needs; we are not able to accommodate requests to be assigned together or for a specific role at this time.

To give an overview of the Fest, we'll be hosting a Virtual Meeting to answer questions and share volunteer roles / assignments on these tentative dates: April 21 OR April 28th
