Tables, chairs, and table covers will be provided. You may bring specialized table covers or displays, but space for floor displays is very limited.

We cannot guarantee that all authors who apply can be accommodated. All
authors will be notified by July 16, 2025.

Authors and artists are responsible for monitoring their own stock, personnel, supplies, and
equipment. The exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Southeast Iowa Art and Book Fair against any and all claims for damages, theft, loss, and expenses.
