Deposit & Cancelation Policy

A $50 deposit is required to book any IV drip or injection appointment. This deposit secures your reservation and will be applied toward the total cost of your service at the time of your visit.

Refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will forfeit the deposit.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or failure to attend (no-show) will result in the loss of the $50 deposit.

Timely notice allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain efficient scheduling. Thank you for your understanding.
