2. WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I voluntarily release, waive, discharge, and agree not to sue Watersports Grapevine, LLC, its owners, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or demands arising

Injury, death, or property damage resulting from my participation The negligent or intentional acts of any third party Any failure of equipment or hazards inherent to water activities This waiver applies even if injury, damage, or loss occurs due to the negligence of Watersports Grapevine, LLC or its employees.

3. RENTAL & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

| acknowledge that I: Am at least 18 years old and possess a valid government-issued ID. Have been offered a safety briefing and understand all operational and safety instructions. Will wear a U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket at all times while on the Watercraft. Will comply with all federal, state, and local boating laws. Will not operate the Watercraft under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Am financially responsible for any damage to the Watercraft or third-party property.

I agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Watersports Grapevine, LLC from any and all claims, lawsuits, damages, or expenses arising from: My operation of the Watercraft, including injuries to myself or others Any violation of laws, rental policies, or safety rules Any damage I cause to the Watercraft, other watercraft, or property If legal action is taken against Watersports Grapevine, LLC as a result of my actions, I agree to pay all legal fees and damages incurred by the Company.

I agree to inspect the Watercraft before use and report any pre-existing damage. Iunderstand that I am responsible for any damage or loss to the Watercraft during my rental period. Any damage deposit may be withheld or additional fees charged to cover repairs.

6. MEDICAL TREATMENT AUTHORIZATION

In the event of an injury, I authorize Watersports Grapevine, LLC to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf and release them from any liability related to such actions.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Texas, and any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
