Po otrzymaniu przez nas zgłoszenia otrzymają Państwo email z numerem konta, na które należy wpłacić zadatek w wysokości £40, który zostanie odliczony od kwoty czesnego za I semestr nauki. W przypadku rezygnacji z zapisu, kwota ta nie zostanie zwrócona. Jeśli napotkają Państwo trudności z systemem płatności, prosimy o kontakt wysyłając wiadomość na adres sekretariat@akademiapolska.uk. Po rozpatrzeniu Państwa wniosku o przyjęcie dziecka do szkoły instrukcje dotyczące kolejnych kroków rekrutacji zostaną przekazane na adres email, który został podany w niniejszym formularzu. Jeśli Państwa dziecko nie zostanie przyjęte do szkoły, zadatek zostanie zwrócony. W przypadku, gdy zapisujecie dziecko na dzień próbny wystarczy opłacić tę opcję. Jeśli zdecydujecie się na kontynuację nauki kwota zostanie odliczona od pozostałego do zapłaty czesnego. 🇬🇧 After we receive your application, you will receive an email with the account number to which you should pay a deposit of £40. This amount will be deducted from the tuition fee for the first semester. In the event of withdrawal from enrollment, this amount will not be refunded. If you experience any difficulties with the payment system, please contact us by sending an email to sekretariat@akademiapolska.uk Once your child’s application has been reviewed, instructions regarding the next steps in the enrollment process will be sent to the email address provided in this form. If your child is not admitted to the school, the deposit will be refunded. If you are registering your child for a trial day, it is sufficient to pay only for this option. Should you decide to continue with the enrollment, the amount will be deducted from the remaining tuition fee.
