1. Term Commitment and Renewal
I acknowledge that this Agreement includes a mandatory minimum commitment of three (3) months, beginning on the date of my first scheduled session. This Agreement shall automatically renew for additional successive three-month terms unless I provide written notice of cancellation no fewer than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the end of the current term. Notice must be sent to iapstudios20@gmail.com.
2. Recurring Lesson Schedule
I agree to be enrolled in a recurring weekly lesson schedule based on the day and time of my initial session. I understand I may request a one-time change to my schedule within five (5) calendar days of my first session by emailing the Company. Any future schedule adjustments must be coordinated directly with my assigned instructor and are subject to availability.
3. Service Delivery
I acknowledge and agree that all services are delivered virtually. The Company does not offer in-person sessions under this Agreement.
4. Financial Responsibility and Payment Authorization
I agree that I am fully and unconditionally financially responsible for all scheduled sessions during the initial and any renewed commitment periods, whether or not I attend. I hereby authorize the Company to charge my card on file for all applicable fees in accordance with the Company’s billing policy. Failure to make timely payment may result in collections action, including the recovery of reasonable attorneys' fees, interest, and any associated collection costs.
5. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
I understand that I must provide a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice in order to reschedule or cancel any individual session. Failure to provide such notice will result in the session being marked as forfeited, and I will not be entitled to a refund, credit, or makeup session.
6. No-Show Policy
I understand that if I arrive more than fifteen (15) minutes late to a scheduled session without prior communication to my instructor, I will be marked as a no-show. No-show sessions are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
7. Instructor Assignment and Substitution
I acknowledge that while preferences may be taken into account, instructor assignments are not guaranteed. Substitutions or changes in assigned instructors shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or credit.
8. No Guarantee of Outcomes
I acknowledge and accept that the Company makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, including but not limited to casting bookings, professional representation, agency contracts, or career advancement. I enter into this Agreement with the understanding that results depend on multiple variables outside of the Company’s control.
9. Confidentiality and Conduct
I agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary materials, client information, and all communications. I further agree to uphold professional and respectful conduct at all times and to comply with all published and communicated Company policies.
10. Entire Agreement and Voluntary Consent
By electronically signing below, I confirm that I have read and understand this entire Agreement, and I voluntarily enter into this contract without coercion, duress, or reliance on any representations not expressly contained herein. I acknowledge that this electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The parties agree that any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Atlanta, Georgia, and each party irrevocably consents to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
12. Sample Session and Automatic Enrollment
If I participate in a discounted or promotional sample session, I understand that I have seven (7) calendar days from the date of that session to notify the Company in writing at iapstudios20@gmail.com if I do not wish to continue with lessons.
If no such written notice is received within this period, I expressly agree that my participation will automatically convert into a recurring 45-minute weekly subscription for a three (3) month minimum term, as outlined below.
