Camp Craftorium 2025 Registration Form
**Summer 2025 Season: July 7th - August 29th **** 26 E Glenside Ave, Glenside, PA 19038** We can't wait for a fun-filled camp season of crafting, playing, and learning! Each week we have a different theme of projects and outside activities to keep the children engaged and active. We are waiving a $35 registration fee for those registered by Memorial Day, May 26th. If you register after that date, a $35 will be added to your invoice. All camp payments are due June 1st. Payments are non-refundable, but transferrable to other camp weeks or services at The Craftorium if space available and at least two weeks provided. We look forward to spending time with your children this summer! Please fill out this form per camper.

I agree to hold harmless The Craftorium from any accident or injury which may occur as a result of his/her participation.
