Our standard age range for crew is 13-18 years. Occasionally when there are places available we accept crew who are 12 and we agree will be able to cope with the physical demands of the Cruise.

If your child will be 12 at the start of the cruise please complete the form below and we will accept this as a Provisional Booking. We will not take a deposit and will not be able to confirm a place immediately. We will review the bookings situation around 3 months ahead of the Cruise starting and will contact you to let you know whether a place is available at that time.

Declaration

I would like my child/ward to join the Walrus Cruise for the week 15th - 22nd August 2026. I understand that there is an element of risk in any sailing activity and confirm that my child/ward will act under the authority of the Walrus Cruise leadership team at all times and that he/she can swim 50 metres. Unnamed photos or video footage of my child/ward may be used in future promotional material.

I understand that a £75 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking (unless a bursary is being requested) and that the balance will be due during July 2026.
