All package purchases are final and non-refundable.

 

Packages are valid for 12 months from the date of the first treatment unless otherwise specified in writing.

 

Treatments must be completed within the validity period. Any unused sessions after the expiration date will be forfeited.

 

To achieve optimal results, sessions must be scheduled according to the recommended treatment timeline provided by your practitioner.

 

Packages are non-transferable and cannot be converted to other services unless approved in writing.
