1. Acknowledgment of Risk
I understand that travel involves certain risks and uncertainties including, but not limited to, illness, injury, death, property damage, natural disasters, accidents, delays, and government restrictions. I acknowledge that these risks may be caused by factors beyond the control of the travel agency or its affiliates.

2. Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Travel Boss, LLC. its owners, agents, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me while participating in the travel described above.

3. Travel Insurance
I have been informed of the availability and advisability of purchasing travel insurance.

If decline to purchase travel insurance I assume all associated risks.

4. Health and Medical Fitness
I confirm that I am medically and physically fit to travel. I am responsible for carrying any necessary medications and informing the agency of any health conditions that may affect my participation in the trip.

5. COVID-19 and Communicable Diseases
I acknowledge the ongoing presence of COVID-19 and other communicable diseases. I understand that I may be exposed to such risks during my travel and accept responsibility for all health-related outcomes.

6. Compliance with Laws
I agree to comply with all laws, regulations, and travel requirements of the countries or regions visited, including but not limited to entry requirements, health declarations, vaccinations, and testing mandates.
