Volunteer Ambassador for 2025 Balloon and Fireworks Fest!

Friday-Saturday, July 18-19, 2025 in the Crossroads on S. Compass Drive behind Meijer on Route 20 – between TOCA Sports and Aldi’s

Ambassadors will receive a T-shirt commemorating the event. Plus, the satisfaction
that you are the welcoming face of this community! (Volunteers must be 16
years of age or older.)

You must be able to attend the Volunteer Meeting and Pizza party on Thursday, July 17th at 6 PM at TOCA Sports, 10020 S Compass Dr, Rossford, OH 43460.

Please sign up for the job and shifts that you would like to work. Multiple shifts are highly encouraged!!

You will be scheduled for all shifts and jobs you sign up for. Please make sure your shifts do not overlap and you have left yourself time for breaks.

Friday - PROMOTIONAL SALES – Must be comfortable with sales of T-shirts & other items – 4 each shift

Friday - ENTRANCE HOSPITALITY – Must be comfortable informing guests that certain items cannot be brought in AND alcohol cannot go beyond this point when leaving – 6 per shift

Friday - VIP GREETER – 2 per shift

Friday - VIP TENT FOOD SERVICE – 6 per shift

Friday - VIP TENT ID Check and Ticket Sales for Alcohol – 2 per shift

Friday - KIDS AREA – Ticket Sales – 2 per shift

Friday - TETHERED BALLOON RIDES – Ticket Sales – 2 per shift

Friday - FLOATERS - Fill-in where needed - 2 each shift

Friday - BEER GARDEN - ID Checks and Wristbands - 6 per shift

Friday - BEER GARDEN – Serve Alcohol- MUST BE 21+ - 6 per shift

Friday - CLEAN-UP – 6 needed
