All setup must be complete by 9am Saturday morning.
When will you be vacating the space?
Are you prepared to adhere to all City of Dallas requirements regarding health and safety in regard to food preparation. Including the ability to wash hands and tools with hot and cold water?
It is more than likely that a health inspector will stop by during the day and any vendors not in compliance with all city ordinances will be shut down.
