Invoices
When your repair’s done, we’ll email you an invoice. As soon as it’s paid, your item will be on its way back to you.
Satisfaction Guarantee
At Jereko Gear, we take pride in the quality and durability of our outdoor gear repairs. Whether it’s a torn pack, dirty boots, or worn-through fabric, we stand behind every patch we make.
That’s why we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all repairs.
If you’re not completely satisfied with the workmanship or performance of your repaired item, contact us within 30 days of receiving it. We’ll make it right—either by redoing the repair at no cost, offering store credit, or issuing a full refund. Items that have been mistreated will NOT qualify for re-repairs.

Return Shipping
Jereko Gear covers the cost of return shipping using USPS Priority Mail as our standard method. If you prefer expedited return shipping, just let us know—we're happy to accommodate, and the additional cost will be added to your invoice.
Please note: Your repaired item will be returned in the same packaging it arrived in. Be sure to pack your gear securely and protectively before sending it in.
Patches
At Jereko Gear, we aim to provide clean, professional-looking repairs. However, some repairs—especially those requiring exterior patches—will be visible. While we do our best to match colors, exact matches aren't always possible due to fabric availability.
If the appearance of your repair is a concern, please reach out before sending in your item—we’re happy to discuss options with you.
Laundry
We want your gear to look—and smell—its best. While we do our best to return every item in great condition, some deep stains and persistent odors may not be fully removable. Please be aware that despite our efforts, not all signs of wear can be completely addressed.
Item Submission Policy
We want you to get back out there and enjoy the adventure—but please only send items that are clearly listed on your repair form. Any additional, unlisted items will be considered abandoned and may be donated, recycled, or sold at the discretion of Jereko Gear LLC. If an invoice has been sent with no response after 15 days, we will call you at the provided phone number. After 30 days with no response, the item will be considered abandoned.
