I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Williamson Chamber of Commerce, its volunteers, its management, and any associated organizations for any losses or damages, however incurred.

All sponsors that intend to set up a booth at all or some of the Markets must also fill out a Vendor Application and submit insurance all all other paperwork required if you will be selling items.

Sponsors will receive an invoice via email within 48 hours. Sponsorship Fees should be paid as soon as possible to maximize the benefits of sponsorship, as we will be doing a lot of advertising prior to the event as well as through the season.
