Use this form to register a group of teachers and students through a school or organization. Please provide the lead teacher's information, and we will follow up with you for your students / additional teachers information at a later date. On the next screen, you can pay now, or create an invoice for your school/organization to pay later.

Online pre-registration for this location has now closed, and lunch orders have been placed. The Reg Desk will open at 8:30 AM on Saturday, and individuals will be able to pay the walk-up registration fee (lunch will not be provided).

Through this link, they will order their lunch, download the app with all the mass choir music and solo workshop options, complete their medical/media release forms, and have the option to order an Academy T-shirt if they so choose. (Unless they pre-order a T-shirt, they will not be prompted to pay.)

PLEASE NOTE: As lead teacher, your registration fee is included in the base fee, for which we will bill your school. Your lunch order has been recorded.

Because your students (and any co-teachers) are signing up as a group but paying on their own, they should sign up through the Academy web site. Once your school has paid, we will send you a discount code for them to use at checkout in order to receive the discounted fee!

The Utah Academy is being sponsored by Snow College and will use a different form for group registration.
