The Ohio County Jail Leadership Network (OCJLN) is a statewide professional network connecting jail supervisors and command staff from Ohio’s 88 counties. We exist to strengthen local jail operations through real-time communication, resource sharing, and collaborative problem solving. This is a startup initiative — built by jail professionals, for jail professionals — with a focus on practicality, mutual respect, and the daily realities of correctional leadership.

This group is not affiliated with any agency or government body — it is a peer-led collaborative effort built on mutual respect and operational excellence. We do not use social media, and members are expected to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a constructive tone in all group interactions.
