UCTA Scholarship Application 2026
The applicant shall be a direct dependent (child: natural, legally adopted, or stepchild) of a member in good standing with the Underground Construction Technology Association (UCTA). At the time of submission, the applicant’s UCTA member sponsor (parent/guardian) shall be a resident of the metropolitan or service area of the respective UCTA chapter in which the application was submitted.

The applicant shall be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate program at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school. This may include a graduating high school senior accepted by and enrolled in such a program for the upcoming academic year.

Eligibility shall in no way be determined or evaluated based on age, sex, race, religion, or relationship to board members or officers of UCTA.

- A summarized scholastic history, including school attended, degree program, declared major, hours completed, and cumulative GPA.
- A discussion of career goals, extracurricular activities, and community service or volunteer efforts.
- A summary of honors or awards received.
- Employment history or experience.
Paper shall be no less than one (1) page and no more than two (2) pages in length. Also, the applicant’s name and personal information should only appear on this application form itself.
