What is this form for?
This form is for SAAFE partners, project participants and other collaborations who are planning to communicate about SAAFE-funded research activity, so that SAAFE has the opportunity to review and approve the content before it is shared publicly.
This includes scientific or industry publications, presentations, or any other public communication arising from CRC SAAFE-supported research, including PhD projects.
Why do I need SAAFE approval for my publication?
SAAFE review and approval helps ensure compliance with contractual obligations, acknowledgements, and the protection of confidential or commercially sensitive information.
This submission must align with the requirements set out in the CRC SAAFE Publications Policy and Guidelines
Who completes the form?
- The Contact Author must complete all fields in this form.
- The Project Lead is responsible for confirming the accuracy of the information prior to submission.
- A full copy of the draft output (e.g. abstract, paper, poster, media release) must be uploaded or attached.
What happens next?
Submissions will be reviewed by CRC SAAFE, and a formal response will be provided within 30 days, including a publication reference number for future correspondence.
