Once this form is submitted, I’ll review your request and references. If the design aligns with my style and availability, I’ll be in touch to confirm your booking. If adjustments are needed, I’ll reach out to discuss options.
🗓️ Session Options – Booking Info

Half Day Session – 4 Hours – $700
Good for small to medium tattoos, touch-ups, or clients who prefer shorter sessions.
⌛ Max 4 hours (includes small breaks)
💰 Final price may vary depending on size/placement.

Full Day Session – 7 Hours Weekday: $1100
Saturday: $1200 | Sunday: $1300
Great for big pieces, full-day progress, or those wanting to get a lot done at once.
⌛ Max 7 hours (includes lunch break)
💰 Can be flat rate or quoted individually.

Note: Small tattoos may be charged at $200/hr, depending on design and at artist's discretion.

DEPOSIT & RESCHEDULING POLICY

UPON APPROVAL, A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT:
• $250 — FULL DAY

• $200 — HALF DAY

• $100 — SMALL SESSION

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

RESCHEDULING

IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE, PLEASE PROVIDE AT LEAST 48 HOURS’ NOTICE BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT.

FAILURE TO RESCHEDULE WITHIN THE 48-HOUR WINDOW WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF THE DEPOSIT.
