NOTICE OF ACCEPTED BUY NOW OFFER: An offer accepted by Rave Financial Credit Union may be paid through financing with Rave Financial Credit Union (applications are subject to credit approval). All other (non-Rave financed) payments must be made by Cashier’s or other Official Check, direct withdrawal from Buyer's Rave Financial Credit Union account, or by Wire Transfer within three (3) business days of notification of acceptance of the offer. If Rave Financial Credit Union does not receive payment for the Vehicle within three (3) business days, then the offer will be deemed rejected.
BUYER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: Buyer understands, acknowledges and agrees that (1) this BUY NOW offer does not require Rave Financial Credit Union to sell the Vehicle to the buyer making the offer, (2) Rave Financial Credit Union reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any offer on the Vehicle listed above by the buyer, and (3) offers are not retractable except in exceptional circumstances, such as: when the Rave Financial Credit Union materially changes the Vehicle description after the buyer has submitted an offer to Buy Now or a clear typographical error is made.
WARRANTY OF OWNERSHIP: Rave Financial Credit Union warrants that it is the
true and lawful owner of the Vehicle as referenced above, and that the Vehicle is free of any and all legal claims and offsets by others.
DISCLAIMER OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES: OTHER THAN RAVE FINANCIAL CREDIT UNION’S WARRANTY OF OWNERSHIP AS STATED ABOVE, THE BUYER TAKES THE VEHICLE “AS-IS” WITHOUT RECOURSE OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AS TO ITS CONDITION OR PERFORMANCE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO QUALITY, CONDITION, OR PERFORMANCE OF THE VEHICLE IS WITH THE BUYER. BY SIGNING AND SUBMITTING THIS OFFER, THE BUYER REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS THAT THE BUYER HAS PERSONALLY INSPECTED THE VEHICLE AND ACCEPTS IT “AS-IS” SHOULD THE BUYER'S OFFER BE ACCEPTED.
