1) Withdrawal eligible for REFUND: 21st May 2026 (Thursday), 11:59PM. Withdrawal after the date above, regardless of any reason.

2) Any withdrawals after the last withdrawal deadline without refund above, with or without notification, shall be deemed as "Did Not Start" (DNS).

3) A penalty of RM100.00 per event shall be imposed on any ‘DNS’ and payment must be made immediately before the swimmer’s next event.
