    Event Format – Scramble Style!

Never played a scramble? No worries, here is the gist:

In a scramble, all four team members tee off on each hole. The team then selects the best shot, and everyone hits their next shot from that spot. This process continues, choose the best shot, everyone hits from there, until the ball is holed. It's all about teamwork and strategy!

    • Teams must have 4 players, no more, no less!
      • Flying solo or signing up as a pair? We’ve got you covered. We’ll match you with others to complete a team.

We’ll be handing out awards and major bragging rights to:

    Top 3 Men’s Teams
    Top 1 Women’s Teams

    -------------------------------

    Bonus Fun & Prizes

We’ll have hole prizes and fun challenges throughout the day, so even if your team doesn’t take the top spot, you’ve still got chances to win!

    -------------------------------

    Post-Round Festivities

After you finish your round please head straight to the cart barn area and turn in your scorecard ASAP so we can tally up results.

Lunch & Awards & Hole Prizes will follow, so stick around, relax, and celebrate a great day on the course!

  • Please provide each team member's information below:

  • Volunteer Information:

Feeling the VOLUNTEER spirit? AMAZING! We’ll find the perfect way for you to be part of the fun! And don’t worry, Lunch is on us after the round wraps up! (Please fill out the “captain” spot to register as a volunteer and check the bubble below)

Volunteer Arrival: 7:00 am - (if you are a volunteer that needs to arrive at a specific time, please let Sammy know so we can plan your role for the day accordingly! Contact information is listed below!)

Volunteer Huddle: 7:20 am - Please don't be late for this! We will go over the day quick, assign pre-round assignments and give you your hole assigments/packets!

What is a Pre-Round Assigment? This could be greeting the golfers, this could be checking them in, this could be running the raffle table or handing out donuts/coffee, setting out swag bags on carts or even wrapping up setting up!

What is a Hole Assigment/Packet? This is the hole you will head to after we are done with announcements at 8:50 am! We will want you to head to your hole RIGHT AWAY to make sure you are able to greet the first groups at the tee. So if you want to head to your hole right after the pleadge/prayer, please feel free! We MAY be able to secure golf carts for the day for volunteers but no guarantees yet so plan for a little walk. What is in the "Packet"? This will be a green money bag with payment information and some cash (most likely $20) as well as a laminated sheet explaining the hole game.

Will I have a Hole Assigment Buddy? 95% YES! We do not want you to be all by yourself for the day. But sometimes things change and we have to pivot so we will do our best to have everyone buddied up for the day or at least most of the day!

After Golf Volunteers: We will need a hand full of volunteers to help with lunch after the golfers are done! They should wrap up around 1:30/2:00 pm!

What is a "After Golf Volunteer"? Someone who will either help serve the golfers their lunch, help with running the raffle table, help with clean up or any other task to help make the end of the tournament a success!

As a volunteer do I get fed? YES! We cover your after round "lunch", so plan on sticking around because you will have a plate accounted for (if you are not able to stay, please let Sammy know so we don't pay for extra meals)! But, I would highly recommend bringing some snacks and a drink on the course because it will take about 5 hours for the golfers to play and I don't want anyone going hungery! Sammy will be driving around and will most likely have snacks/water but bring some just in case!

What is for Lunch? TBD, but most likely Hamburgers/Pulled Pork Sandwiches + sides like chips!

Should I bring anything with me to the course? Yes! I would suggest being aware of the weather and bringing appropriate clothing, sunscreen, coats, blankets, walking shoes, etc! Rain or shine, we will most likely be playing (but plan/pray for the shine)!

I would also suggest bringing a lawn chair! This way you have a comfy spot to sit all day while you are waiting for groups to come tee off.

Can the volunteers participate in the Raffles? Of course!

Last thing! Thank you! This day really could NOT go on without each and every volunteer. We know that a 7:00 am arrival is early and that sometimes the day can get long out there but we want each and every one of you to know that we are so thankful for your serving and want you to have just as much fun as everyone else!
