This Liability Waiver and Release of Claims ("Agreement") is entered into between Wildly Curative and Thunderhawk Canine LLC

Counseling ("WCC") and the undersigned client ("Client") in consideration of the services provided, including but not limited to counseling sessions, coaching, workshops, classes, retreats, online content, digitalproducts, and any other associated activities.

1. Acknowledgment of Risk - I acknowledge that participation in mental health services, wellness coaching, educational events, or self-help offerings provided by Wildly Curative Counseling & Thunderhawk Canine LLC may involve emotional, psychological, and physical responses. I understand that while care is taken to ensure a safe environment, there is always a risk involvedin engaging in personal growth work.
2. Voluntary Participation - I agree that my participation in any service or activity provided by Wildly Curative Counseling  & Thunderhawk Canine LLC is completely voluntary, and I assume full responsibility for any risk, illness, injury, or emotional distress that may result.
3. Release of Liability - I hereby release, waive, and discharge Wildly Curative Counseling, Thunderhawk Canine LLC, its owner(s), independent contractors, employees, facilitators, and all partners or affiliates ("Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands,damages, or liability of any kind arising out of or relating to my participation in services or use of materials.
4. Not a Substitute for Medical or Emergency Services - I understand that services provided by Wildly Curative & Thunderhawk Canine LLC do not substitute for medical, psychiatric, or emergency care. If I am experiencing a crisis or require medical attention, I agree to contact appropriate emergency or healthcareservices.
5. Confidentiality - I understand that while Wildly Curative & Thunderhawk Canine LLC upholds high standards of confidentiality, there are legal exceptions in which information may be disclosed without my consent, including but not limited to: suspicion of abuse, risk of harm to self or others, or as required by law.
6. Use of Digital Materials (If Applicable) - For any digital products or online resources, I understand that results may vary and that no guarantees aremade regarding outcomes. I agree not to redistribute or resell any proprietary material.
7. Agreement Binding - This Agreement shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. If any portion ofthis Agreement is held to be invalid, it is agreed that the remainder shall still be in full force and effect.By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Liability Waiver and Release.
