IMPORTANT DETAILS - PLEASE READ

Flu shots are free to all DGA members and dependents ages 13 and older, regardless of Health Plan coverage status. The DGA Foundation is generously covering the cost for members not covered under the Health Plan. Note: If you are receiving the flu shot for the first time, expect to stay for 15 minutes following your shot to ensure there are no adverse reactions. Upon arrival at your appointed time, follow the signs to the Flu Shot Clinic sign-in area. If you are experiencing a fever or flu-like symptoms on the day of your appointment, please do not attend the Flu Shot Clinic. You should cancel your appointment and consult your medical provider.
