**1. Acknowledgment of Risk**
I understand that participation in a mobile Nerf party, hosted by Party's Here Events, involves physical activity and the use of foam dart blasters and inflatable equipment. I understand that, as with any physical activity, there is a risk of injury, including but not limited to bruises, eye injuries, tripping, or other bodily harm.

**1A. Health and Medical Condition Disclosure**
I affirm that I (or my child) am in good physical condition and do not have any medical condition, injury, or physical limitation that would make participation in a Nerf-style activity unsafe or inadvisable. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participation if I have any doubts about physical readiness.
I agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions or prior injuries to Party's Here Events staff before participating.

**2. Required Eye Protection**
I agree that all participants must wear provided or approved eye protection at all times during gameplay. Refusal or removal of eye protection during play is grounds for immediate removal from the activity, with no refund provided.

**3. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability**
I hereby voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the event and agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Party's Here Events, its owners, agents, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, causes of action, or damages arising out of any personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss sustained by me or any minor under my care during the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

**4. Responsibility for Damaged Equipment**
I agree to be held financially responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear to equipment provided by Party's Here Events, including but not limited to Nerf blasters, inflatable bunkers, safety glasses, and other party gear. Replacement costs will be charged to the person who booked the event or the responsible party on-site.

**5. Supervision and Conduct**
I understand that Party's Here Events staff will facilitate and supervise gameplay but are not responsible for direct one-on-one supervision of minors. I agree that I or another responsible adult will remain on-site during the event and be accountable for the behavior of all participating children.
