2025-2026 Honor Roll Submission Form

The State Office will check all links for the Honor Roll Submissions on Monday, February 2nd, 2026. If the provided links are not open for public viewing, the State Office will contact you at the latest, Tuesday, February 3rd, 2026. 

Chapter Advisers will receive notification of their chapter's Honor Roll designation by Monday, March 2nd, 2026 at the latest. 

If a chapter adviser would like to view their Honor Roll Scorecard as evaluated by the judges, they may request their scorecard by emailing the state office at croberson@gafccla.com.

 

Provide a shareable link to your Honor Roll documents from a cloud-based platform, ensuring they are set to public view.

Note from Caitlin:

You can double-check your links by opening a "Private" (Safari), "InPrivate" (Edge), or "Incognito" (Chrome) window and entering your shared link. If you receive a "You do not have access" or a "Sign-In Required" landing page instead of the document, then the link does not have open access for viewing. 

Previously, shared links in student drives or cloud platforms were inaccessible due to firewall restrictions for external viewers. Best Practice - documents and any accompanying videos (for cloud platforms) should be stored in the adviser's drive for optimal accessibility.
