Waiver and Release of Liability:

I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian of the above-named child, acknowledge that participation in the Reece Farm Kids FARM Camp involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or property damage. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child’s participation in this program.I hereby release, waive, and discharge Reece Farm and Heritage Center and Union County, its officers, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during my child’s participation in the program, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

I understand that my child must follow all rules and instructions provided by program staff and that failure to do so may result in removal from the program.

Medical Authorization:
In the event of an emergency, I authorize Reece Farm (Union County) to seek medical treatment for my child. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

Acknowledgment and Agreement:
I have read and fully understand this waiver and release of liability. I voluntarily sign this document, acknowledging that I am giving up certain legal rights.
