OTI Angels: Official Agreement
By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have been selected as an official OTI Angel and agree to represent Overtake Industries with professionalism, creativity, and pride. As a representative of our brand, you agree to:
Conduct & Image
Maintain a respectful and positive image on all social media platforms.
Represent Overtake Industries in a manner that aligns with our brand values — automotive lifestyle, confidence, authenticity, and community.
Not engage in any public behavior that disrespects or damages the OTI name.
Content Expectations
Participate in scheduled photoshoots, events, and/or promotions when possible.
Post and tag Overtake Industries in a minimum of 1–2 pieces of content per month while active.
Share your unique affiliate code/link when promoting OTI products.
Compensation & Perks
You’ll receive early access to select products, affiliate earnings through your promo code, and opportunities to be featured.
Affiliate commissions are paid monthly, based on tracked sales.
Confidentiality
You agree not to disclose any internal brand strategies, unreleased content, or team details outside of approved communications.
Release of Liability
You understand and agree that participation in shoots, events, or content production is completely voluntary.
Overtake Industries is not responsible for any personal injury, illness, loss, property damage, or death that may occur during any events, travel, or activities related to your role as an OTI Angel.
You participate at your own risk.
Termination
Overtake Industries reserves the right to revoke your status at any time if these terms are violated.
This agreement may be terminated at any time by either party with written notice.
