Is your teen feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of who they are?
This 4-week online journaling group is designed to help teens explore their identity, boost confidence, and manage stress — all in a safe, supportive, and engaging virtual space. Through guided writing prompts, open conversations, and creative expression, participants will learn healthy ways to reflect, cope, and grow.

Meets: Tuesdays, 4:30–5:30 PM (Pacific Time)
Location: Online via Zoom
Cost: $75 for all 4 sessions (see Family Discount below)

✍️ What Your Teen Will Need
To get the most out of this group, your teen will need:

A journal, notebook, or loose paper
Something to write with (pen or pencil)
Internet access
A device that can run Zoom (laptop, tablet, or smartphone)

Encourage your teen to find a quiet, comfortable space for each session!

✏️ Weekly Themes

Week 1 – “Who Am I?” (Identity & Self-Discovery)
A welcoming space to explore who they are, what they care about, and what makes them unique.

Week 2 – “Unmasking Anxiety” (Understanding & Managing Stress)
Learn how to name and cope with anxiety through grounding exercises and journaling.

Week 3 – “Mirror Talk” (Self-Esteem & Self-Compassion)
Challenge negative self-talk and embrace self-worth with affirming prompts and gentle reflection.

Week 4 – “Rooted & Real” (Empowerment & Growth)
Celebrate growth, create confidence playlists, and leave feeling rooted in self-belief.

Pricing & Discounts

Standard Rate:

$75 for 1 teen (covers all 4 sessions)

Family Discount Plan:

2 teens: $112.50 total (second teen is 50% off)
3 teens: $150 total (each additional teen is just $37.50)

This group is paid in full up front. There are no make-up sessions and no refunds for missed sessions.

I understand that my child is registering for a 4-week online journaling group titled “Rooted & Real: Journaling for Identity, Confidence & Calm” for teens ages 13–17, hosted by Brighter Tomorrow Counseling Services and held via Zoom.

I acknowledge the following:

This group is therapeutic in nature but is not a substitute for individual therapy.
The group meets weekly for approximately 60 minutes each Tuesday, starting June 4, 2025 at 5:30 PM Pacific Time.
My child is expected to attend all sessions. The full group fee is $75, paid upfront.
There are no refunds or make-up sessions for missed classes.
This is a confidential and supportive environment, and my child is expected to participate respectfully and uphold the group agreements.
