Please review and agree to the following terms before submitting:

- This is a monthly recurring service, billed automatically to your credit card on file each month until canceled.
- A non-refundable $299 set-up fee will be charged upon sign-up to onboard and prepare your team member(s).
- Cancellations require 14 days advance notice to avoid entering a new billing cycle.
- You agree to provide clear and reasonable instructions for assigned tasks.
- Client communication, task assignments, and performance management will be done through approved E-JAM Group channels (email, CRM, messenger).
- All data shared will remain confidential and securely managed per our company policies.
- Non-payment or breach of terms may result in suspension or termination of service.

Employee Guarantee: If the assigned team member does not meet the agreed-upon work obligations, we will provide up to one replacement per month, with a maximum of 3 replacements in any 12-month period, at no extra cost. Any additional or non-performance-related replacements will incur a $299 admin fee.
