3. Potential Risks
I acknowledge that while Sunkissed Studio uses high-quality products, there is a risk of allergic reactions, skin irritation, staining of clothing or personal items, and uneven fading due to my individual skin type and lifestyle factors, I voluntarily accept all risks associated with the service.
4. Medical Conditions
I confirm that I do not have any medical conditions, including but not limited to respiratory conditions, skin disorders, or allergies, that would make spray tanning inadvisable. If I have any concerns, I have consulted with a physician prior to receiving services.
