    Your Club President or Chief Instructor must support your application. Please ask them to look out for an approval request from SLSSA - Jot Forms.
  • Course Pre-requisites

    Please confirm that you meet the pre-requisites of the course.
  • Current Secondary School Teaches Only

  • With changes to the RTO Standards, those eligible to teach High School can now train under supervision after completing the Probationary Trainer process, without undertaking a TAE Trainer skill set course.  However, if they gain the Assessors Skill Set, and complete the Probationary Trainers and Assessor process, they will be able to train and assess on their own.

    To be considered for this pathway, you will need to provide evidence of your eligibility to teach High School in SA.  Such evidence should include your Teaching Degree which is listed on the aitsl site or other evidence such as your academic transcript, plus a letter from senior management at the school you are working at. Please note, that we are checking what other evidence can be accepted.
