This Agreement is made and entered into as of the date signed below, by and between [Client's Full Name]*
hereinafter referred to as "Client," and [Tara Jones / Pieceful Solutions Riding & Training/ PS Vitality Pro], hereinafter referred to as "Trainer/Facility Owner."

1. Purpose

This Agreement sets forth the terms under which the Client engages the Trainer to provide horse training services through the Let Them Lead program at Talley-Ho Farm located at 71 South Allentown Rd Telford, Pa 18969.

3. Training Services

Trainer agrees to provide horse training services under the Let Them Lead methodology, which may include groundwork, liberty work, in-hand exercises, under saddle work, bodywork integration, and/or behavior modification, depending on the horse's needs.
4. Fees and Schedule

Late payments will incur a fee of $25 after 7 days past due.

5. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

Client understands and acknowledges that:
- Horse training and equine activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or death of horses or persons.
- Horses are unpredictable and may act in dangerous ways.
- Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in services on the property.
Client hereby releases, waives, and holds harmless [Tara Jones / Pieceful Solutions Riding & Training / PS Vitality Pro], its members, owners, employees, independent contractors, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liability arising from:
- Injury to or death of any horse under this agreement;
- Loss or damage to personal property;
- Injuries or damages sustained by the Client or any guests;
- Participation in any activities or presence on the farm premises.
This release shall be binding upon the Client and their heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
6. Indeminification

Client agrees to indemnify and defend [Pieceful Solutions Riding & Training / PS Vitality Pro] and its representatives from any claims or lawsuits brought by third parties in connection with the horse or the Client's participation in the training program, including reasonable attorney fees and costs.

7. Veterinary and Emergency Care

In the event of injury, illness, or emergency involving the horse, Trainer will attempt to contact the Client. If the Client cannot be reached, Trainer is authorized to secure veterinary care at the Client's expense.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. Any prepaid but unused training sessions will be refunded at the Trainer's discretion unless otherwise agreed.

9. Governing Law and Severability

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining sections shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Entire Agreement

This document represents the full agreement between the parties. No other oral or written agreements shall have effect unless incorporated in writing herein.
