We’re hiring an Architectural Drafter to join our team! This role is responsible for producing and maintaining all design and architectural documents of the design created by our design team. You’ll focus on CAD technical drawings, ID sets, and internal documentation that supports the execution of our projects, ensuring consistency, clarity, and precision across all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce CAD drawings and ID sets that align with Sire Design’s standards and deadlines.
• Review architectural, MEP, and site conditions and incorporate necessary adjustments into documentation.
• Revise and redline drawings as assigned by the design team.
• Maintain clear and organized Dropbox files for each project, including all revisions and archives.
• Attend client meetings related to space planning and interior documentation..
• Maintain consistency across document structures, including title blocks and formatting.
• Update daily tasks in Monday.com and communicate status with the team.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in technical interior design or architectural drafting.
• Must have proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with interior construction documentation.
• Strong understanding of design detailing, architectural coordination, and construction processes.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple drawing sets and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to identify and flag design conflicts or revisions.
• Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com is a plus.
• Commitment to maintaining accuracy and consistency in technical documentation across all phases of design.
• An individual with exceptional attention to detail who can create intricate, isometric drawings that are both visually stunning and intricately layered.
