    Job Title: Laborer / Cleaner

    - Must be a motivated self-starter

    - Problem Solving Skills are a must, thinking outside the box when things don't go right. Find a solution to make Sure the task is completed.

    - Ensure all tasks are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

    - Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

    - Coordinate with your direct Forman or general Forman every day to find out the focus areas for the day.

    - Attend daily morning safety briefings participate in stretch and flex and go over the daily Job safety analysis.

    - Respect and take care of all cleaning tools, equipment and machinery.

    Qualifications and Skills

    - 1 year of experience in post-construction cleaning preferred.

     

    - 10-hour OSHA Certification.

    - Ability to bend, walk long distances, be on your feet for several hours, climb ladders, work at heights of up to 30' and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Work in excessive hot and cold

    - Ability to communicate effectively with team members and follow directions.

    - Detail-oriented with excellent cleaning skills.

    - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

    - Safety certifications or training.

    - Experience cleaning various types of buildings, residential, commercial and industrial.

    -Bilingual Abilities

    Employment Type: Full-time

    Location: Various project locations within Ohio and surrounding states.

  • JTS Complete Services LLC Attendance Policy

    1. Purpose

    This attendance policy aims to ensure that all employees understand the importance of regular attendance and punctuality. Consistent attendance is crucial for maintaining high productivity and meeting client needs.

    2. Scope

    This policy applies to all employees of JTS Complete Services LLC.

    3. Attendance Expectations

    - Employees are expected to be present and ready to work at their scheduled start times. - Employees should notify their supervisor as soon as possible if they are unable to attend

    - Absences should be reported no later than one hour before the start of the scheduled

    4. Tardiness

    - An employee is considered tardy if they arrive more than 5 minutes after their scheduled

    - Three instances of tardiness in a month will result in a verbal warning. - Continued tardiness may lead to further disciplinary actions, including written warnings or suspension.

    5. Absences

    - An unexcused absence occurs when an employee fails to report to work without prior approval or fails t o notify their supervisor. Two unexcused absences within a 30-day period will result in a verbal warning. - Continued unexcused absences may lead to further disciplinary actions, including written

    Excused absences include but are not limited to:
    - Personal illness (with a doctor's note if absent for more than two consecutive days)
    - Family emergencies
    - Pre-approved vacation or personal days
    - Jury duty

    - Employees must provide appropriate documentation for excused absences when
    requested.

    7. Leave Requests

    - Employees must submit leave requests at least two weeks in advance for planned
    absences, suchas vacations.
    - Approval of leave requests is subject to operational requirements and at the discretion of the supervisor.

    8. Consequences of Excessive Absenteeism

    - Excessive absenteeism, whether excused or unexcused, may lead to disciplinary action up to and including termination.

    - Supervisors are responsible for maintaining accurate attendance records for their team members.

  • Break Policy for JTS Complete Services LLC

    1. Break Schedule
    - Employees are entitled to one 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks during their shift.
    - Breaks must be taken at designated times unless otherwise approved by a supervisor.
    - Breaks begin when you exit your designated building or work area and ends when you return.


    2. Disciplinary Actions:


    A. Verbal Warning:

    Issued for first-time or minor infractions, such as taking breaks outside of designated times without approval or returning late from breaks.

    B. Written Warning:

    Issued for repeated infractions or more serious violations, such a s consistently taking longer breaks than allotted or failing to return to work on time after a verbal warning.


    C. Termination: Considered for severe or repeated violations of the break policy, including habitual tardiness in returning from breaks, taking unauthorized breaks, or any actions that significantly disrupt work operations.

    Employees are expected to adhere to this policy to ensure smooth operations and fair treatment for all team members. Consistent failure to comply with this policy will result in disciplinary action as outlined above.
